Bike tour

Grab a bike and discover the typical Zaan 'slagen' landscape.

Make a bike tour through the 'Twiske' area and discover the Zaan landscape. There's about 30 kilometres of bike path in the Twiske area, all connected to bike paths from Amsterdam, Zaanstad and Purmerend.

Recreation area 'Jagersveld' is situated between the Kogerveld and Kalf neighborhoods in Zaandam. The central point in this area is a the 'Jagersplas' lake with a depth of 30 metres. Numerous beautiful bike routes are situated here, some bike routes are even crossing the turf soil area's.

But you can also opt for a bike tour through the 'Alkmaarder- en Uitgeestermeer' lakes, the 'Geestmerambacht', green area 'Amstelland', the 'Waterland' landscape and 'Spaarnwoude'.

It's possible to rent a bike  for a small daily fee at Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Zaandam.
